Quality of work; the price they charge for labor and 2nd hand (refurbished) parts was sort of excessive for the area. Even with my insurance company (USAA) they tried to overcharge. All i can say is after a year, the paint job they did to replace the front bumper on our truck is now flaking right off. I'm mechanically inclined enough to notice that they didn't even prime the surface to cut ends and make more money i would assume. Either way, its just amazing that they would do something like that.

My advice, go somewhere else if you have an option to. Unless they know you by name, they wont take the time necessary to do things right.
Originally id give them a 4 or 5 based on the customer service when you show up. They are obviously a local business of Castorland and it has the feel of that. However, initially, when my wife took our truck there to be serviced she was given a courtesy ride home down the street not even a half a mile and was charged later on 25 dollars for the trip. I wasn't necessarily mad as i was annoyed that they would lack the common sense to make a move like that.
